Dong, Young-Bae (Korean: 동영배, Hanja: 東永裴, born May 18, 1988), better known by his stage name Taeyang, is a hip hop musician and a member of Big Bang.

Taeyang was a child actor starting in 5th grade. He was recruited at the same time as G-Dragon, at the age of 13 to play the part of mini Sean in the A-Yo MV. After that, he auditioned to join YG Family, having been impressed by JinuSean. His chosen stage name was YB Taekwon, which is either a reference to JinuSean’s Taekwon V album or to the giant robot Taekwon V.

G-Dragon

Kwon Ji-Yong (born August 18, 1988), better known by his stage name G-Dragon, is a South Korean recording artist and producer. A trainee under the record label YG Entertainment for six years, G-Dragon officially debuted as the leader and one of the two rappers for the Korean hip-hop group Big Bang. Since their debut, G-Dragon has involved himself with the production of their albums: he composed and wrote several tracks by himself, including “Lies,” “Last Farewell,” and “Haru Haru.”

The Cataracs are an American Indie-Pop duo formed in Berkeley, California. Consisting of David “Campa” Benjamin Singer-Vine, a songwriter and vocalist and Niles “Cyrano” Hollowell-Dhar, a songwriter, vocalist, and producer. The duo started out as an independent group, during their years at Berkeley High School. The two were first signed to Indie-Pop label. Their music is considered to be a mixture of genres including rap and pop. They are based in Los Angeles, California.
